This is my most intensive, personalised support option for families who need close professional support, clear thinking, and daily reassurance over a set period.

It is best suited to families who want private-led support care and who value having expert guidance alongside them as they implement change, rather than learning alone.

Who this support is for:

This option is ideal for families who:

• Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck.
• are navigating fear, resistance, or poop withholding or urine holding.
• They have tried everything they can and are lost on the next steps.
• Want calm, expert guidance without group settings.
• Need daily reassurance while changes are put into place.
• They may have been referred by another parent, nursery, or professional.
• Understand that meaningful progress takes time and consistency.

This is not a course or group support. Although families will have access to The Potty Queen Method TM Course with 23 videos to choose from, 28 helpful downloads, and 4 weeks of Potty Club, a group QA Call with Lisa.

This is your private, time-limited, and highly personalised space.

What’s included

This plan offers depth, presence, and continuity over four weeks.

One deep-dive consultation (60 minutes)

A thorough session to understand your child, your routines, what has already been tried, and what may be contributing to current challenges. I have worked with thousands of children who will only pee or poop in a nappy. These children are often aged between 2 and 10 years.

3 x follow-up sessions (30 minutes)

Scheduled after you have begun implementing changes, allowing space to reflect, adjust, and clarify next steps.

Four weeks of WhatsApp holding support

Available Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM only. I check in on my Bespoke families.

WhatsApp is offered as a daily holding and reassurance space while you implement the plan.

• It is appropriate for:
• brief updates
• clarifying questions
• reassurance and encouragement
• checking understanding
• WhatsApp is not used for:
• Ongoing coaching conversations
• major strategy changes
• emotional processing
• complex problem-solving

We hold deeper thinking and decision-making sessions to ensure the whole picture is understood.

What does this support offer?

A personalised, developmentally informed potty learning plan. I will create that with you during the call and send it to you, along with any downloads I think are appropriate.

• Daily professional presence during implementation
• Calm, respectful guidance without pressure or timelines

This work focuses on capability, not readiness, and supports progress steadily rather than reactively.

What this support does not include

• unlimited or on-demand messaging
• open-ended or long-term support beyond four weeks
• group support, Potty Club, or course access
• medical advice or outcome guarantees

If you would benefit from longer-term or multidisciplinary support, Lisa will gently guide you towards the most appropriate option. I have several options for this.

Poop withholding usually requires a complete reset. By the time I meet a family, it has been an entrenched pattern of behavior for many months. However, I've seen a great many families graduate from me within 4 weeks.

A gentle note before you book

This support is for families who are ready to be actively supported, not rushed.

You do not need to do everything perfectly.

We do need to take a step in the right direction today to avoid this problem from going any further.

Many of my clients are families who have to get their child fully potty trained by August, as they are starting school. They are aware that one or two soiled pants are ok in the first week of term. After that, though, the school might refer you to me, so we set the child free from it. It's a heavy burden to carry.

Finally, it's not your fault. It's not your child's fault.

Your child is not pooping his pants because he is lazy or stubborn. He needs help.

It may be possible that I will need to work alongside a paediatrician as a child has long-term constipation.
